The SGR Driving Clinic Series
What is the SGR Driving Clinic Series
It is an initiative created by SGR to provide a platform of progressive clinics that allow participants to build driving skills, increase confidence and speed in a fun, safe and pressure free atmosphere. We have taught and inspired drivers as young as 10 to 65 years old through this initiative and have demonstrated it's relevance to daily driving practices and habits. Over the past 3 years, these clinics have grown in popularity, demonstrating the need for this type of program with drivers across Ontario - both male and female.
Why is this Important?
The purpose of this initiative deters aggressive driving on Ontario roads by providing an outlet for safe, high speed recreational driving. This SGR initiative is made possible by the many members in the our community that believe we have a duty to discourage street racing and dangerous driving on our roads. How is it Progressive
SGR Driving Clinics is made up of the following 3 components:
- First Gear - Go Karting Clinic (go karts provided)
- Second Gear - Car Control and Drift Clinic on the Skidpad*
- Third Gear - Slalom/Lapping on the Race Track*
All of the above programs include classroom instruction, track walks,
and on-track evaluation of each driver.
